Weight loss for pre-empty nester women who don't like working out

Fire And Flow.
Take the stress and frustration out of getting healthy and fit.

What is FIRE AND FLOW?

FIRE AND FLOW is a 4-week program designed to bring more balance and joy into your life while helping you get in great shape. For just 25–30 minutes a day, six days a week, you’ll alternate between Jericho’s intense FIRE workouts and Elise’s stress-reducing FLOW sessions.

This allows you to go hard, but at the same time have plenty of time to help you recover and rejuvenate. Jericho and Elise want you to work out, not burn out.

You’ll also be showing yourself some major love with the FIRE AND FLOW 4-Week Journal.

Filled with 5-minute self-care prompts and a handy habit tracker, the journal is part inspiration, part creator of healthy routines.

By the end of the program, Jericho and Elise will help train your body to be active, as well as help train your mind to embrace new opportunities, release anxiety, and quiet the self-judgment.

About The Workouts

Each week, Jericho will dial-up three FIRE routines that emphasize metabolic conditioning and help increase metabolism. On alternating days, Elise will lead you through three weekly FLOW workouts, which emphasize active recovery, mobility, stability, and core strength.

  • Sculpt Lean Muscle
  • Torch Calories
  • Improve Muscle Definition
  • Tap Into Your Full Potential
  • Provide Mindfulness
  • Help You Release Tension & Stress
  • Keep You Refreshed

FIRE AND FLOW is designed to work for any fitness level.

There is a modifier on screen you can follow for an easier version of each move. There is also an intensifier who will be doing a more intense version of each move, which helps you push past stubborn workout plateaus.

You can succeed with the program no matter where you’re starting from.

FIRE AND FLOW also includes 4 FIRE and 4 FLOW bonus workouts that focus on abs, glutes, arms, and flexibility. They can be added to any workout.

What Equipment Do I Need?
You'll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, resistance loops, and a yoga mat (optional).

How does Nutrition fit into FIRE AND FLOW?

For a simple, effective nutrition plan that still allows you to eat the foods you like, Jericho and Elise recommend you follow either 2B Mindset or Portion Fix to support their weight-loss goals.

Both are healthy, balanced programs designed to keep your energy levels steady. I'll help guide you to the nutrition plan that's fits your lifestyle the best!

Supplementing your plan
Once you decide on a nutrition plan, you can build upon it by adding a few things that can make a positive difference in how you feel day-to-day. An easy shift in your routine, and a simple habit to begin with is to add Shakeology.

It’s a superfood nutrition shake that:

  • Is Packed With Superfoods
  • Helps Support Healthy Energy
  • Aids In Digestion
  • Supports Lean Muscle Development

With FIRE AND FLOW, you’ll have the tools you need to bring more balance and joy into your life while you create a healthy routine.

There was a recent post in my neighborhood Facebook group that read: In search of a unicorn: Remote, work-from-home, part-time job Make my own hours Not MLM Not cold calling I've done Door Dash before but don't want to put any more wear/tear on my car. I'm an efficient typist. I have 13+ years of self-taught graphic design (Photoshop & Illustrator) experience. I'm tech-savvy, creative, and I learn quickly. Any ideas? It made me wonder why Network Marketing/MLM jobs get such a bad rap? I get it, I used to avoid the lady at my church who always wanted me to have a home party for her. And, I said “no” to all the people who introduced me to their opportunities. A few bad apples might have left a bad taste in your mouth too. However, I remember reading a book about Mary Kay Ash when I was in elementary school. The business she created allowed her to be present for her kids while also building a business. That was something I always desired. And the business model she created also made sense. It was a lot of people coming together to do a little which compounded into something big. As a stay at home mom, I was getting tired of being strapped financially and I wanted some play money. I didn’t want to work outside of the home because my kids were my priority and I wanted to be fully available to them. I was approached by my BFF about a business. At first, I said no and began to avoid her like the lady at my church. But, then I started to become curious about the business opportunity. I’d seen how well the products worked for my BFF and her husband. And, I remembered Mary Kay Ash’s network marketing business. This business opportunity wasn’t selling makeup, pills, or a face cream but a lifestyle change that would create a ripple effect for those who used the products. It was what I personally needed for my health and it made sense. I can tell you the truth about network marketing. It is the best business model I have found for women who want to work their own hours, has a small start-up cost, and allows them to leverage their time by working as a team. It takes hard work, diligence, and being coachable. You are the type who isn’t afraid to try something new and wants to create a ripple effect that can make an impact on generations to come. Let’s make a lasting impact together. More information about how you can join me in changing lives can be found here .
