What is XTEND BARRE?
The Xtend Barre Super Block fuses barre and Pilates fundamentals to deliver cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility; all at the same time. For 3 weeks, you’ll do 30 minutes of low-impact, form-focused movements that tighten your muscles, get your heart pumping, and give you results you can see and feel. No previous barre or Pilates experience is required, and Xtend Barre is suited for all ages and fitness levels. With modification options for every move, plus some fun new ways to level-up your workout with ankle weights and resistance bands, this is a workout that has something for everyone.
What is a Super Block?
A Super Block is a fan-favorite program remade into a fresh BODi Block by your Super Trainers. It features all-new workouts set to fun music, and keep making progress throughout the month. With 5 workouts a week for 3 weeks followed by an UP week, the Block format gives you the perfect balance of exercise, recovery, and training variation. It’s a healthy routine that works for real life! Start the first Monday of the month or whatever day works best for you.
What are the XTEND BARRE workouts like?
Super Trainer Andrea Rogers fuses barre and Pilates fundamentals to help you achieve a sculpted physique. With fluid, form-focused, intentional movements, you will tighten, strengthen, and energize your entire body. This is the program you will absolutely finish because all of the workouts will physically transform you, with an emphasis on how good you’ll feel! Workouts are 30 minutes each day. 5 Days a week for 3 weeks.

What equipment is needed for the Xtend Barre Super Block?
You will need a Chair or a barre, 1-3 lb Ankle Weights (optional), 1-3 lb Weights (optional), and Resistance Loops (optional).
