Weight loss for pre-empty nester women who don't like working out

My Favorite Gifts Under $60 That I've Actually Given or Received This Year!

Truelux Lotion Candles $32
My friend Macy turned me on to these lotion candles. What's a lotion candle? You use it as a candle and then the "wax" becomes lotion! Pretty cool, huh? I couldn't wait to give them as gifts and Santiago is my favorite scent.

Faux Fur Slippers $14
One of my friends, who complained that it's hard to buy gifts for me, sent me these amazing slippers from Amazon as a Christmas present last year. They aren't too hot but keep you warm! Plus they are a great price point.

Keep Smilin’ Hat $24

One of my daughter in law's best friend works for this company and I love everything they are doing! They are missional minded and totally cute. My college roommates and I all bought a hat for our trip to Rosemary Beach and looked adorable. Even better that the pink ones give back to breast cancer research!

Tory Burch Flip Flops $58

I have become quite enamored by Tory Burch lately as I love so many of her shoes, jewelry, bags, and belts. Almost all of those things are over our $60 budget, so that's why I love these flip flops. Not only are they very comfortable, they are cute and have her signature logo on them! Your friend will feel extra bougie when you give them to her. Plus, they'll wrap them really cute if you get them at the store. Great customer service, too.

Kendra Scott Gold Hoop Earrings $58
You can't go wrong with Kendra Scott and all my friends know that. In fact, three of my friends got me different pieces for my birthday. Ha! These hoop earrings are not only super cute they are also light weight enabling you to wear them all day long!

Kate Spade Initial Pendant $58
I was given this as a gift last year for my birthday. I loved it so much that I gave all my leaders this for their birthday this year. Kate Spade never disappoints. I love her whimsical flare and she always has the cutest jewelry...and all the things.

Harry’s Gift Box $55
What do you give someone who has everything or give to a guy on your list? Harry and David is great, especially the pears!  They literally melt in your mouth!  Pair them with cheese and nuts then you are really talking. I was given this gift a few years ago for Christmas and it's my go-to especially when I need a gift for men.

Clean/Dirty Reversible Sign $13
Are the dishes clean or dirty?  So frustrating, right? I found one of these cute signs and think they are genius. My daughter in law liked mine so much, she put one on her gift registry.

Warm & Cozy Reed Diffuser $24
I live in a house full of boys so I battle a stinky house. I love candles but I also don't like to worry about burning the house down. Diffusers are great and I put them in my closet and different rooms around my house. This Warm & Cozy smell is a crowd favorite and I sent these to some of my team last year.

Jon Hart Makeup Bag $34

My friend gave me this last year for my birthday and I'm obsessed. Spoiler alert: it's going to be the gift I give my leaders for their birthday this year. It's so perfect, especially as a makeup bag and it's a great price point. Jon Hart has such great bags that are timeless and classy.

Infused Scripture Memory Journal $25

Find true affirmation memorizing God's word with Infused. I got tired of mindless mantras and pointless affirmations. I know only true peace comes from God's word. But I struggle with memorization. Using three learning styles, Infused is a weekly Scripture program that helps you memorize 52 verses in a year. Add this companion journal to help with memorizing the weekly verses. It's a great gift and it's written by me so it's what everyone is getting this year. Ha!

Job 1 Workout Program $50 for existing BOD subscribers, but a Total Solution Pack offers way more value!
What's your number 1 job? It's taking care of YOU. If you aren't healthy, you can't be there to love and support those around you. But where do you find the time? Everyone has at least 20 minutes! I mean, you probably spent 20 minutes reading this blog post! Cardio + strength + endurance + flexibility at the same time!

There was a recent post in my neighborhood Facebook group that read: In search of a unicorn: Remote, work-from-home, part-time job Make my own hours Not MLM Not cold calling I've done Door Dash before but don't want to put any more wear/tear on my car. I'm an efficient typist. I have 13+ years of self-taught graphic design (Photoshop & Illustrator) experience. I'm tech-savvy, creative, and I learn quickly. Any ideas? It made me wonder why Network Marketing/MLM jobs get such a bad rap? I get it, I used to avoid the lady at my church who always wanted me to have a home party for her. And, I said “no” to all the people who introduced me to their opportunities. A few bad apples might have left a bad taste in your mouth too. However, I remember reading a book about Mary Kay Ash when I was in elementary school. The business she created allowed her to be present for her kids while also building a business. That was something I always desired. And the business model she created also made sense. It was a lot of people coming together to do a little which compounded into something big. As a stay at home mom, I was getting tired of being strapped financially and I wanted some play money. I didn’t want to work outside of the home because my kids were my priority and I wanted to be fully available to them. I was approached by my BFF about a business. At first, I said no and began to avoid her like the lady at my church. But, then I started to become curious about the business opportunity. I’d seen how well the products worked for my BFF and her husband. And, I remembered Mary Kay Ash’s network marketing business. This business opportunity wasn’t selling makeup, pills, or a face cream but a lifestyle change that would create a ripple effect for those who used the products. It was what I personally needed for my health and it made sense. I can tell you the truth about network marketing. It is the best business model I have found for women who want to work their own hours, has a small start-up cost, and allows them to leverage their time by working as a team. It takes hard work, diligence, and being coachable. You are the type who isn’t afraid to try something new and wants to create a ripple effect that can make an impact on generations to come. Let’s make a lasting impact together. More information about how you can join me in changing lives can be found here .
