Weight loss for pre-empty nester women who don't like working out

Morning Meltdown 100

I'm so excited to tell you about this new workout program! Morning Meltdown 100 was created by Super Trainer Jericho McMatthews with one incredible goal for you — to complete 100 unique workouts in 100 days! Did you catch that? 100 workouts in 100 days.

I was privileged to be in the test group for this program and I'll be honest-I was pretty intimidated by the 100 days in a row part. I don't really love exercise. I do it because it's important to me to stay active and strong.

Something crazy happens though when you actually commit to something hard and push towards not giving up on a big goal like that. New habits get formed. Your body gets stronger but so does your MIND. It's a huge breakthrough.

I've never trained for a marathon or signed up for a Tough Mudder or anything remotely close to that. But these 100 days of this program were MY training. I pushed through when I was tired and I kept my eyes on the goal. During my 100 days, we moved to a new house and I was traveling for 22 days. That was certainly challenging, but I stayed strong and made it happen. I cannot even tell you how rewarding it is to not give up on yourself and finish something HARD. (I might have even cried a bit when I finished that 100th workout).

Know what? I believe you can do hard things too! I'd love for you to feel the joy and satisfaction of knowing you pushed for something hard and succeeded.

Watch this video and see if this is for you!
Morning Meltdown 100 will help you torch calories with high-intensity cardio and resistance training, while a live DJ turns up the energy as you burn off pounds. Every morning, Jericho will lead you through a 20- to 30-minute workout that will electrify your mornings and help set the tone for the rest of your day.

What makes Morning Meltdown 100 unique?

This is the first Beachbody program designed to be done in the morning. When you wake up and commit to giving Jericho everything you’ve got, you’ll go into the rest of your day energized, refreshed, and ready to take on the world. This is an intermediate-to-advanced program that features 100 workouts broken into 5 phases of 20 workouts each. In each phase, you’ll do a 10-workout cycle of 20- to 30-minute workouts, and then heat up the intensity and repeat those 10 with added 100-second challenges—all designed to give you a solid rotation of cardio, resistance, and mind/body training. However you want to complete your 100 workouts is really up to you. Jericho has included recovery days along the way to give your body some TLC, so if you miss a day or want to plan for a day off you can stack that day’s workout with the next.

The most important takeaway is that you make a commitment to every single morning workout. For 100 straight days. You can do this. I know you can.

There was a recent post in my neighborhood Facebook group that read: In search of a unicorn: Remote, work-from-home, part-time job Make my own hours Not MLM Not cold calling I've done Door Dash before but don't want to put any more wear/tear on my car. I'm an efficient typist. I have 13+ years of self-taught graphic design (Photoshop & Illustrator) experience. I'm tech-savvy, creative, and I learn quickly. Any ideas? It made me wonder why Network Marketing/MLM jobs get such a bad rap? I get it, I used to avoid the lady at my church who always wanted me to have a home party for her. And, I said “no” to all the people who introduced me to their opportunities. A few bad apples might have left a bad taste in your mouth too. However, I remember reading a book about Mary Kay Ash when I was in elementary school. The business she created allowed her to be present for her kids while also building a business. That was something I always desired. And the business model she created also made sense. It was a lot of people coming together to do a little which compounded into something big. As a stay at home mom, I was getting tired of being strapped financially and I wanted some play money. I didn’t want to work outside of the home because my kids were my priority and I wanted to be fully available to them. I was approached by my BFF about a business. At first, I said no and began to avoid her like the lady at my church. But, then I started to become curious about the business opportunity. I’d seen how well the products worked for my BFF and her husband. And, I remembered Mary Kay Ash’s network marketing business. This business opportunity wasn’t selling makeup, pills, or a face cream but a lifestyle change that would create a ripple effect for those who used the products. It was what I personally needed for my health and it made sense. I can tell you the truth about network marketing. It is the best business model I have found for women who want to work their own hours, has a small start-up cost, and allows them to leverage their time by working as a team. It takes hard work, diligence, and being coachable. You are the type who isn’t afraid to try something new and wants to create a ripple effect that can make an impact on generations to come. Let’s make a lasting impact together. More information about how you can join me in changing lives can be found here .
