ULTIMATE Portion Fix

It's been almost five years since the release of the crazy-popular 21 Day Fix. Maybe you've seen the color-coded containers that have helped people learn good nutrition habits and portion control? So many people have lost pounds and inches by following this simple, structured eating plan named the Portion Fix that went along with the 21 Day Fix program.

So what is ULTIMATE Portion Fix?

Ultimate Portion Fix is an expansion of the simple meal and portion fix containers that were introduced in 21 Day Fix. Ultimate Portion Fix goes beyond WHAT to eat and explains the science of WHY to educate and empower you in making lasting changes to your nutrition habits. It is a 30-day video-based program from creator Autumn Calabrese that will teach you how to use color-coded, portion-control containers to take the guesswork out of eating delicious, perfectly sized meals, every time. UPF is NOT a diet— you can still eat the foods you love, including snacks and desserts. It includes over 300 recipes, comprehensive food lists, and ways the whole family can get involved in making healthier decisions.

What makes it unique and better than the original Portion Fix?

Autumn has applied 5 years of proven success to give you MORE tools, strategies, tips, and hacks, that can make it simpler than ever to lose weight. With over 30 new videos, and tools like a Workbook and Daily Logbook, you’ll learn strategies to help you overcome your sugar addiction, fuel your body for performance, and incorporate your whole family—even kids— into the program. There was a recent post in my neighborhood Facebook group that read: In search of a unicorn: Remote, work-from-home, part-time job Make my own hours Not MLM Not cold calling I've done Door Dash before but don't want to put any more wear/tear on my car. I'm an efficient typist. I have 13+ years of self-taught graphic design (Photoshop & Illustrator) experience. I'm tech-savvy, creative, and I learn quickly. Any ideas? It made me wonder why Network Marketing/MLM jobs get such a bad rap? I get it, I used to avoid the lady at my church who always wanted me to have a home party for her. And, I said “no” to all the people who introduced me to their opportunities. A few bad apples might have left a bad taste in your mouth too. However, I remember reading a book about Mary Kay Ash when I was in elementary school. The business she created allowed her to be present for her kids while also building a business. That was something I always desired. And the business model she created also made sense. It was a lot of people coming together to do a little which compounded into something big. As a stay at home mom, I was getting tired of being strapped financially and I wanted some play money. I didn’t want to work outside of the home because my kids were my priority and I wanted to be fully available to them. I was approached by my BFF about a business. At first, I said no and began to avoid her like the lady at my church. But, then I started to become curious about the business opportunity. I’d seen how well the products worked for my BFF and her husband. And, I remembered Mary Kay Ash’s network marketing business. This business opportunity wasn’t selling makeup, pills, or a face cream but a lifestyle change that would create a ripple effect for those who used the products. It was what I personally needed for my health and it made sense. I can tell you the truth about network marketing. It is the best business model I have found for women who want to work their own hours, has a small start-up cost, and allows them to leverage their time by working as a team. It takes hard work, diligence, and being coachable. You are the type who isn’t afraid to try something new and wants to create a ripple effect that can make an impact on generations to come. Let’s make a lasting impact together. More information about how you can join me in changing lives can be found here .
