Weight loss for pre-empty nester women who don't like working out

I am so excited about the release of our newest program - Barre Blend! This low impact workout will seriously change your body. If you want to chisel your waist, define your arms, lean out your legs, and lift and firm your booty (who doesn’t?!) then you will love this program!

What is Barre Blend?

This 8 week program has 40 full-body workouts that include high-rep, small-range movements and isometric holds, as well as compound, full-range exercises, targeted core work, and dynamic stretches. And every 30- to 40-minute workout includes light weight training and cardio intervals to keep your heart rate up so you can burn maximum calories and fat.

Barre Blend was created by Elise Joan. Elise is a former professional dancer and has taught exercise classes for over a decade. She loves to incorporate mind/body training (hence daily "I AM motivation cards mentioned below). She is known for her positive, joy-filled teaching style! Her passion for this workout shines through - you are going to love her!

Barre Blend requires no dance or ballet experiences and is perfect for all fitness levels. Start by following the modifier or kick it up a notch with weights and bands. You won’t believe the amazing workout you get from a “low impact” workout.

And this program also focuses on strengthening your mind! This program comes with “I AM” daily motivation cards to help you cultivate a positive mindset every day.

What's included?

-2 prep workouts to introduce you to the program

-40 unique workouts - there are 4 phases with 5 workouts in each. Elise ups the intensity every 2 weeks!

-5 Bonus workouts- these 10 minute workouts up the intensity and target specific body parts

-3 Recovery Workouts

- I AM Daily Motivation Cards- Elise pulls one of these cards before each workout and bases the workout on the card. You can use them yourself to stay motivated through the program- and even use them in your morning routine!

What equipment is required?

Light dumbbells are required- 1 - 5 pounds should be good for most people. These are very high rep exercises so low weight is perfect!
Loops and barre socks are optional

Does Barre Blend have a nutrition plan?

YES! All Barre Blend Challenge and Completion packs (fancy words for bundled packages) include BOTH Ultimate Portion Fox and 2B Mindset, two AMAZING premium nutrition plans. This allows you to find the nutrition program that works best for you. The combination of nutrition and fitness is what can take your results to the next level.

What support will I have?

You'll be invited to join my Virtual Gym, an online accountability group. We're a fun bunch and this "gym" is an amazing place with tools to help you stick to your workout plan, ask questions, stay motivated and connect with other people doing the same program! These groups are what have kept me on track - they hold me accountable and keep me motivated!

There was a recent post in my neighborhood Facebook group that read: In search of a unicorn: Remote, work-from-home, part-time job Make my own hours Not MLM Not cold calling I've done Door Dash before but don't want to put any more wear/tear on my car. I'm an efficient typist. I have 13+ years of self-taught graphic design (Photoshop & Illustrator) experience. I'm tech-savvy, creative, and I learn quickly. Any ideas? It made me wonder why Network Marketing/MLM jobs get such a bad rap? I get it, I used to avoid the lady at my church who always wanted me to have a home party for her. And, I said “no” to all the people who introduced me to their opportunities. A few bad apples might have left a bad taste in your mouth too. However, I remember reading a book about Mary Kay Ash when I was in elementary school. The business she created allowed her to be present for her kids while also building a business. That was something I always desired. And the business model she created also made sense. It was a lot of people coming together to do a little which compounded into something big. As a stay at home mom, I was getting tired of being strapped financially and I wanted some play money. I didn’t want to work outside of the home because my kids were my priority and I wanted to be fully available to them. I was approached by my BFF about a business. At first, I said no and began to avoid her like the lady at my church. But, then I started to become curious about the business opportunity. I’d seen how well the products worked for my BFF and her husband. And, I remembered Mary Kay Ash’s network marketing business. This business opportunity wasn’t selling makeup, pills, or a face cream but a lifestyle change that would create a ripple effect for those who used the products. It was what I personally needed for my health and it made sense. I can tell you the truth about network marketing. It is the best business model I have found for women who want to work their own hours, has a small start-up cost, and allows them to leverage their time by working as a team. It takes hard work, diligence, and being coachable. You are the type who isn’t afraid to try something new and wants to create a ripple effect that can make an impact on generations to come. Let’s make a lasting impact together. More information about how you can join me in changing lives can be found here .
