My name is Stephanie Richardson. I am a Christian, wife, mother, and businesswoman. In my 16+ year business career as a BODi Partner, I have received some cool recognition, including becoming a Legacy Club Member and receiving a Humanitarian Award.

Although those accolades are amazing, I am most proud of mentoring other leaders to success, including helping many take multiple family vacations a year, give back to their local community and replace their full time income working part time hours, all while taking care of their family.

I strive to bring women closer to their faith, while giving themselves permission to take care of their bodies with good food and fitness, even if they don’t enjoy sweating during their workouts! (Like me!)

I’m passionate about building strong, healthy relationships with yourself and with others.

I am excited to work with you and share what I have learned on my journey!

My story of getting into business is one you likely wouldn’t expect, but this journey is one worth sharing.

As a BODi partner, I have achieved several notable accomplishments, including becoming a Legacy Club Member, receiving the Humanitarian Award, earning Elite Coach status 7 times, and being certified as a 2B Mindset Mentor.

Even with those accolades aside, the accomplishment I am most proud of is watching the success of the leaders I have built through my mentorship over the past 15 years, including many being inducted into Legacy Club, signifying over $1 million in earnings as a BODi Partner.

Additionally, I host the podcast "Oh, the People We'll Meet", authored the book "Infused", and have launched multiple successful business ventures.

You probably assume being in the health and fitness arena means that I am a fitness professional, right?

You know how some people are just all about fitness, like they live and breathe it? Yeah, I'm not one of those people.

Don't get me wrong, I definitely see the importance of staying active and taking care of your body, but it's more of a necessity for me than a passion. I'll never forget when I played soccer for a season in second grade, it was... an experience. Let's just say I wasn't a fan of sweating.

But here's the thing, I've seen firsthand how easily our bodies can deteriorate sooner than they should, and I knew I didn't want that for myself. So I'm not all "rah-rah, let's go workout!" but more like "I’ve got to do this so I can still walk when I'm 80."

That's why I like to share my fitness journey with others, to maybe inspire them to get out there and sweat a little (gulp) too.

I’ve been spending the past number of years learning as I go, because I am not perfect. I want to be able to take care of my body with GOOD food, without sacrificing the taste.

I'm sure you know how it is, everyone has those two favorite foods that they just can't resist, right? For me, it's macaroni & cheese and french fries. I know, I know, but that combined with the fact that I have diabetes in my family, made me realize that I needed to make some changes in my eating habits.

So, I've been on a journey of discovering new, healthy foods that are good for my body and you know what? I'm actually learning to enjoy them! I'm not going to lie, it's been a bit of a challenge but it's totally worth it. And you know what else? I love sharing what I'm learning with others so they can see that healthy doesn’t have to equal no flavor and cardboard! I think it's important for everyone to learn how to take care of their body through good food to live a long, fulfilling life surrounded by those they love the most.
