Ok, the day we’ve all been waiting for…the Final Results of the Ultimate Reset (the inside my body version) are finally here.  Drum roll please…

My Cholesterol was down 31 points in 3 weeks!  From 221 to 190!  Yahoo!

My Triglycerides went from 82 to 77,  HDL went from 80 to 71, and LDL went from 125 to 104.  As you may or may not know, I have a history of high cholesterol.  When I was a newlywed, my Cholesterol was 280!  Yikes!  I had to change my diet and definitely saw some improvement.  Thankfully, I’ve never had to go on Cholesterol medication because I’ve been able to keep it down with diet and exercise.  (Thank you, Beachbody!)

There were so many wonderful benefits of being on the Ultimate Reset.  Not only did my Cholesterol go down 31 points and I lose 12 pounds, I also gained so many things.  One of the greatest things I gained was a new appreciation for different kinds of foods!  I actually CRAVE Kale, Quinoa, and Veggies now.  I know…crazy!

Everyone’s results have been different but ever person’s body is unique.  Some people had more clarity, some had less cellulite, some slept better…whatever the case was…they all were different from the day they began.  They were glad to have gone through the process of the Ultimate Reset.
